How to Adjust Your Car Seat to Help Avoid Back Pain
Getting adjusted helps relieve back and neck pain and pain in other parts of your body. Sometimes in addition, we also need to adjust what we do in our everyday life to help us avoid pain. One thing that may be helpful is how to “adjust” your car seat to help avoid back pain.. Here is a video about how to adjust your seat in your car:
Sit up straight and keep your body against the seat. Straighten your legs and adjust your seat forward so that your legs have a slight bend in them. If possible get your knees higher than your hips. Safe Driving!!!
